I am gonna reach out an say that my order tonight was spot on and still hot by the time I got it from Door Dash who even made a previous stop before mine. I don't know what went on months ago but I had not had Popeyes in a long time and tonight hit the spot. Thanks Riverstone location, keep up the hard work!

Wow! Went there yesterday because I had memories that Popeye's had some of the best chicken. NOT!!! Lots wrong. Biggest thing was my total was $8.89 for a Chicken sandwich combo. The sign clearly stated $6.99. Knowing tax was not $1.90, I asked why so high. Was told that the cash registers had been updated with new pricing BUT the sign was not. I let the person know that that could be and probably is FALSE Advertising and it would behoove this location to sell the product for what the stated price is. He said he had no control over what the cash register rang up and that the General Manager was the ONLY person with the ability to change the sign or override what was charged. He then advised the Gen Mgr, quit the day before and was the 4th Gen Mgr they had in the past two months. I paid the higher bill....it was not the poor mans fault who was helping me. Too bad this type thing is allowed to happen. I used the bathroom and they were out of soap, had two containers but neither dispensed and no paper towels. Wonder what the employees used. Tables not cleaned and drink lids all over the place. Chicken sandwich was OK at best, fries cold. Other than that...everything was great. A concerned for this franchise individual.

Food is so good I have given this location 8-10 tries so far but during all but one they were out of food, got orders wrong, or had their credit card machine down. And all of the times it was slow even when there were just just 1-2 cars ahead of me. In summary the worst Popeyes I have been to so far.

Where is the chicken! Messed up half the order we paided for a extra breast didn’t even get that! And half the food was cold!

Lots of problems at Woodstock store. Out of four visits they were out of chicken for sandwiches three times!! The other time they were out of buns so substituted regular hamburger buns. They could learn a lot about customer service from Chickfilet especially for faster service. The long lines of cars is unacceptable.
That's very unusual for that particular location.
You can get spicy but the original was great. What out for the dirty rice and the gravy they put on their potatoes.😛
I was at that location yesterday for lunch. They are sold out across most of Georgia and the only store that has any left was in Jasper. You may have to wait a 1 or 2 weeks before the chicken sandwiches are available again according to the cashier.

I've not seen any ads for something like that. It's close to TGing so I would have expected a promo by now
It is a new restaurant, so they are still trying to get their hours straight. I’m not surprised since it is a bad restaurant. It will probably be implemented soon enough.
