We have been here three times over the past year and every time has been amazing. Our server has been very friendly each time. The food has been incredible- we definitely suggest the chicken satay appetizer, pad Thai, and panang curry. We will be back!

I've missed authentic Thai food since moving to Jacksonville and I finally got around to trying this place. The atmosphere is simple and quite, a great choice for a quite dinner. The food is absolutely outstanding, if you enjoy spicy and flavorful food this place should absolutely be on your list. I would give this place 6 stars if possible, I have no idea why this place is never busy.

Overall: 10/10 Food: 10/10 Service: 6.5/10 We have ordered MANY things on the menu and have never been disappointed. The Tom Kha Gai soup and Nam Tok salad are great options before your main course. The Thai Tea is delicious! The service is done with a "bell" so you ring if you need anything. Not my preference, but its effective and by no means a detriment. OVERALL, way better than any other Thai restaurant in Wilmington, Jacksonville, or New Bern. LOVE THIS PLACE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

One of the best restaurants in the greater-Jacksonville area! I’m so thankful Old Siam has survived the past few years! The best Thai food I’ve had anywhere, including Southeast Asia! Cannot wait to eat here again soon!
