Went this evening 4/16/2021with my boyfriend to grab a few items and when stopping at the paint section to see about matching a paint color the gentleman working the department, seemed so bothered that we had interrupted his conversation he was having with his buddies. He was so annoyed by the questions we had and unwilling to be of any assistance. I always loved coming to home depot but after this i think ill start going to Lowes. ☹️

Many of the workers are useless. The cashier asked if we needed help loading the car. When we said yes, the workers called LAUGHED said “that’s going to be hard” and walked away. If you’re going to not help then don’t offer. Then they walked around us struggling modeling basically at that point. USELESS.

Marcus the manager of lumber department made me waste time, while I was waiting for the lumber be load. It took me like 1.hr. just back and forth asking for a forklift to help me out, while Mascus team doesn't have control of this situation. I had my team waiting for the material, but because this, that cost me more money.! Bad coordination on this Marco's team.
