I’m a loyal customer my food was very cold I ask for a replacement I was told no . Thank you KFC FOR treating me like I’m nothing I come every day in $40 but I won’t anymore . You are a neighbor store get it together please

The chicken & Mashed potatoes were good, but the biscuits were cold & hard, the coleslaw tasted spoiled. Usually a good experience but unfortunately not this time 😕. 👍👍👍🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 Update: The Manager called & apologized for my inconvenience. I was offered a meal. That's excellent customer service 👏 she wanted to make things right. Someplaces don't care. I appreciate that so much. Thank you.

What kinda place puts there gravy on the mashed potatoes not KFC back at home then gives me 3 brq chicken breast instead of white meat chicken breast doubt if I'd go back messed my whole meal up thanks you got worse KFC service ever hope there happy

Not sure during the day the Lobby is closed but drive-thrus open that place lost my business we're talking prime time which is BS

Long lines in drive thru and in store. Employees were not organized, out of food and did not care to accommodate customers. One employee tried to pass a thigh off for a breast. WOW!!
