Worst services ever. I have been here in the past but the last two times I have went services were horrible. I had some inventory sent to this location not knowing the worker wanted to charge me 30 per box. The worker at this store is money hungry and greedy. He will not get anymore of my business ever!!!! He once received a package then told me he didn't even though he signed for it. Then when he found it again he wanted to charge me 30. This place is a scam. You will be better of using any other postal annex or go directly to FedEx or UPS.

Mr. Rawal provided amazing quality service and great customer experience! We were in need of one of the many services that Postal Annex provides. Although we we’re running short on time and failed to make it before the posted closing time (minutes after), Mr. Rawal noticed our urgent posture and kindly reopened for just long enough to provide critical assistance in support of our overall goals! His humanitarianism and expert service is second to none! All those BAAAAD Reviews? Believe them! This owner/manager of this location has zero concept of Customer Service or Professionalism. Yes, the products are also WAY overpriced but one expects that from a shipping store that offers them as a convenience. As a small business owner, I used to come here daily as it was very close to our location - but the god-awful service finally got to be too much and now I will GLADLY spend extra time and fuel to go to another shipping store. I wish I could say the bad service was limited to just the owner, but sadly it seems to run in the family - the owner/managers wife and son are also incredibly rude and condescending. The only good service you might get here are from the non-family employees, IF they decide to stick around(the last good employee they had quit mid-shift)

I been a regular customer for over 4 years and receive the best service. The owner is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this postal annex for any mail service, mailbox and sending off packages.It a great store to do business and tracking your items. You as an customer can have a fax or send a fax the owner will call you when it arrive and keep it safe.Yes I am a happy customer so come by and experience your 5 stars moment...
