The staff is so kind here and so patient even while overwhelmed during check-in. As a thought, if its not an emergency don't call during drop off time. Wait until 10am to call to schedule appointments. Dr. Hensey is amazing! The pups met him in January and our older dog, who hates vets, took right to him. Frankly we'd follow him anywhere.

Seems like a nice office so far. I will say the lobby is pretty small so not much area to sit if it's busy. You can't go into the rooms I guess because of Covid so doesn't leave many options. The staff are nice and friendly. Getting an appt can be difficult but that's just kinda how it is everywhere right now. Haven't needed anything other than routine visits so can't speak to how they handle other situations outside of that.

we have our 2 adult female dogs on the BANFIELD vet plans. chloe a7yr malltese poodle mix and gigi 5yr bichon mix. we are very happy w the preventative care they get: annual checks, vacs and teeth cleaning. they are 6

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
