We have visited Dunkin' in Lenoir City many times. The employees always do a really good job and never fail to deliver quality service with a smile. Dunkin' products are top notch and offer excellent quality for the pricing point. All in all, I can highly recommend Dunkin' as quality business which places customer satisfaction as their top priority. My family and I will definitely continue to support Dunkin' especially since its leading competitor is more interested in politics and division rather than just providing a quality service.

VERY poor customer service!! 2 non apologetic females with attitudes! My drink was wrong but they were busy so I didn't return it. Plus, waited 30 minutes for my bagel bites only to be told they were out of them...AFTER I ordered, paid, and waited!! Do not recommend this particular DD!!! **Update: In response to the owner, we went the morning of Sunday - April 5th, 2022. I don't have the order #, we weren't given a receipt but even if we had been, I would have thrown it away by now.

I have been to this location several times and maybe only two times out of the several I’ve been there have I gotten good customer service. Most of the employees are extremely rude and do not make your drinks correctly they think us customers can’t tell if they don’t add sugar or extra whatever but we can but today was the last straw for me I will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts I went through the drive through to get a large ice water with lemon and the woman who was working the drive through was rude and said “you are supposed to come in for water because it takes up our drive through time” I’m sorry but I have never been told that, it doesn’t state on the menu that you have to come in and it shouldn’t matter because it’s a drink. They are rude & I will personally not go back.
