There is not a notary who works here and prior to an appointment time no one called to let us know there wasn’t a notary at this location. Overall just a waste of time.

My Daughter & I had a horrible experience with this store. Overnight delivery cost $ 86.00 & we were told by employee that package would be delivered the following day. I didn’t know employee was new & that she had no idea what she was doing. $86 delivery was delivered in two days 😳 this new Employee never wrote the order up until 5:30pm when we placed the order in store at 3pm. Somehow we are suppose to know that overnight deliveries have to be in by 2:30 pm even without any explanation or signage. I have called store 5x and was assured by new employee that took original order that I would receive my money back & that Manager was dealing with it. 3 weeks later when I hadn’t received refund or followup phone call I was told by another employee that it had been too long since original order, that i could try calling (800) number to file a claim but I probably wouldn’t get any reimbursement because it wasn’t UPS fault😛. I now have to call the corporate office in San Diego to continue this fight for reimbursement for a situation totally caused by the Mcminnville UPS store and its incompetent employees.

Today was my first experience doing an amazon return with UPS stores. The manager Sam helped me. She was super nice and easy to work with, she made my return super easy. I will be back for future returns.

My sister sent me a valentines package it got sent elsewhere The people at the store screwed it up and mixed the packages up!! They very very rude to my sister and put some personal ups info on customers was given to her when she got my package back. And they were not wearing masks she reported. She also asked for the manager or the district managers phone number and they told her they weren't going to give it to her ! God if i could give you zero stars i would. Im filing a huge complaint!! Total incompetents
