We finally found great Thai food in the area! We talked about cooking techniques and Kate is legit! Flavors are great and had the right amount of heat for my palate. I can’t wait to try everything on her menu!

The Thai food is so delicious. Every time we go it is consistent and amazing. Her prices are very reasonable. But the greatest virtue is Kate herself. She is lovely , generous and so fun to talk to. S

UPDATE: We were back already, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Everything was perfect again! Kate’s food, customer service, and passion for her business went well Above and Beyond 5 out of 5 stars! The Pad Thai absolutely has to be the best you can find in the Portland area. The sweet sticky rice and mango was also amazing. Kate talked about her dedication to ensuring each and every ingredient was perfectly ripened and/or prepared. And it was obvious in the food, everything was literally perfect! We’ll definitely be returning soon!

They wear masks and ask you to wait in your car and they bring you the food to your car. That's what i experienced.
Yes, they will cook almost anything without meat and most of the time the oil is vegan as well. Just ask. Oh, since the number of woks is limited, you might want to ask for a fresh one as it is typical for Thai Chefs to wipe and go! BTW, the food is delicious, all varieties. My care is absolutely in love with it (and even though I lived in Thailand for 6 years and think I became a decent chef, I do not compart to Kate's)
