I am Writing this for a resident that lives here at Vineyard Heights. Sharen said" I would never move to any where else. I love it here. It is like home to me. The staff are great and there is nothing like them. They are amazing and work hard. They are all nice and they care what people think."

Vineyard Heights provided care for my mother while she was a resident their. My brothers and I were very impressed by the attentiveness of the staff and how friendly they were. Our mom was treated with dignity, respect and such gentleness. Thank you for the great care!

My father's ability to care for himself changed quite dramatically this past Spring. I went out and toured three local facilities. After spending time with the various departments at each facility and speaking with their directors, and after consulting with my dad, we reached the decision to move him into Vineyard Heights. My dad entered Vineyard Heights on May 3rd, 2019. At that time, we were fairly convinced that the time that we had left with my dad was going to be short, we wanted the absolute best care that could be provided, along with the best facility and staff. I'll start with the marketing director, Carrie Schadewitz. What an angel. Carrie visited my dad in the acute care facility prior to him moving to Vineyard. She got to know dad and has become an advocate for him. She made sure that everything was perfect for him prior to moving in. She still to this day is attentive to dad. Then there is the head of nursing, Helen Anderson. I think that Helen is Carrie's twin angel. Helen visited dad in his home, the acute care facility and the hospital. She, too, has become an advocate for dad. Helen is a compassionate person. She is a gentle person that loves what she does and it shows. There is not a better, more respected nurse in all of McMinnville. Lastly, but not leastly, the remainder of the staff at Vineyard Heights has been incredible. From the med tech, to caregivers, to kitchen staff, they go out of their way to make the residents at Vineyard Heights feel like their family. There are times when I've come over to visit my dad, and the med tech, or care staff is engaged in a meaningful conversation with dad. I've been present at various meal and seen dad enjoying his company in the dining room and the food being served. There is no doubt in my mind that it is because of the staff from Vineyard Heights that my dad is still with us, enjoying his new life at his new home.Thank you for all that you all do!
