I have just recently moved to Easley SC and naturally I had to find my Dunkin fix . I have to say of all the Dunkin’s I’ve been to this one in Easley by far is the best ! From service to taste I can’t believe how great this one store is! I’m beyond impressed with how absolutely wonderful the staff is but hands down who ever trained them to make the coffee must be so proud because they have been gifted by the hand of God ! I love the coffee it’s blended perfectly! So happy to have found this Dunkin! Please let management at the Easley SC Dunkin know they have the best staff for states !

Slow service, not under staffed. 3 girls working drive thru only and made my husband's coffee compelling wrong. While still at the drive thru window he asked if he could get one without all the foam and whip cream and they have him a cup of hot milk.

Manager/staff extremely rude. Abruptly closed store when I arrived to pick up a paid mobile order. I asked for a refund if they were unable to complete my order. What I assume was the manager, yelled at me and took out whatever employee frustrations they were dealing with out on me. She threw my order on the counter and proceeded to tell me how she loved her job and customers all the while yelling at me, a customer. She told me to enjoy my order and get out. She then proceeded to video me on her phone as I got in my car to leave. We don’t frequent this place often (once or twice a year).Today was the last day we will ever visit Dunkin Donuts.

The new hummus toast is amazing. Staff is super friendly and helpful. An error was made but it was quickly fixed. Would definitely come back.
