Asked my hotel clerk for the best fried chicken and beer restaurant. She directed us to Champy's. Food was so good, I almost caught a case because I went back to my hotel wanting to kiss the clerk for the recommendation. Chicken was so juicy. Baked beans and potato salad were impeccable. So much so, that we came back for seconds the very next day.

Sitting here eating right now on the outdoor patio. The weather is definitely perfect for it. So I’ve started out with the Hot Tamales, and I got the 3 piece white meat meal. I got baked beans, and potato salad as my sides. Everything taste SO AMAZING!!! Place the staff and the atmosphere here is phenomenal! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! I will definitely be coming up here more often! Also, this is my 1st time here! My waitress Tyana is amazing as well!

Chicken and a 40 is the way to go! Baked chicken quarters and curly fries are my favorite here. Don't order draft unless you enjoy it in a small plastic cup. Cold 40 oz. Washes down nicely 😊👍
