They must be closed down, had a sign on the drive thru that they would return at 2pm it was 2:30 and they would not answer--> door, phone or drive-thru speaker. What a waiste, it was a dirty lot anyway and the building need new paint. Could only imagine what the inside was like. God said I did not need that Chicken anyway.

They ran out of chicken, while we were waiting in line over 45 minutes, several cars was ahead and behind me, when I got to the drive up to order. Early in the afternoon😞, plus this Brained Rd location in Chattanooga, TN is CLOSED on a regular basis...Why open at all, under these circumstances? BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

First off I’ve came back three times, 3 different days of the week, 3 different times and each time were NEVER open, If you do catch them open it’s a long waiting period for food. An If you do order food it taste’s like they just have the food sitting under the light just to throw it out the window occasionally. The inside is never open either, even though they’re are cars in the lot. Don’t waste your time stopping by.

Great service. I had a few modifications and the cashier was able to make the changes that saved me 2 dollars. They were out of biscuits which didn’t make my husband happy and I think they forgot to make my order spicy but the drive through was not bad. Chicken was still hot and tasty.
