I had a good experience with American Signature Furniture, so far. I received about half of the order, with the rest of the order coming about a month from now. That was understood when I purchased the furniture. The delivery guys were great! They handled the furniture with care and help me set it up.

The sales team, Tatyana, was great. She was patient and informative on all available inventory, set appropriate expectations for delivery and discounts. My only knock would be the absence of a courtesy call the day before delivery, as promised, for a time window for the actual delivery. I received a 10 minute heads up, while I was attending a medical appointment but the drivers were great, s they waited for me to return. 2 months for delivery but happy it finally arrived.

Ok now this Company sells Fantastic furniture. The sells/operations manager Beka is the most Awesome helpful person I have ever dealt with & can fix any problems you may have & makes the experience Awesome & Woderful. Good quality furniture and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Only complaint is that as soon as you walk through the door, a salesperson will be RIGHT THERE asking what you're looking for and taking you to it (pretty obvious they work on commission). If you just want to look around and browse, it's a little annoying. But check out this awesome couch and love seat set.
