This place is shockingly filthy. The floors, tables, and condiment area were horribly dirty, sticky, and disgusting. Even the employee preparing the food was dirty. He was wearing a dirty tank top with stains on it and his armpit hair was exposed. The manager at the cash register looked like a slob. The place was empty right around dinner time while other restaurants in the area are busy. I can’t imagine this establishment will stay open much longer under this management. The food was mediocre at best but all I could think about was that it was prepared in a disgusting kitchen. The owner obviously doesn’t care and has no pride in his business.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to the people at Moe’s for the good food & Quick service. Love all the promos on the app. This spot Is so much better than the Chipotle across the street who can never get their app service organized right. Be smart, save time (& money)…for some quick & nutritious food, go to this Moe’s

Friendly,clean store. Their energy was so cool, love love "Welcome to Moe's "!!!! Having allergies they totally understood and made sure my food was safe for me. Will be going back to this one!!!!

I visited the Moe’s located at 8192 Tourist Center Dr in University Park Florida today with my two children & our friends. The cleanliness of this location was absolutely atrocious. I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Food all over the sticky floors, every table was greasy and covered with old food, the bathrooms were so disgusting I didn’t even feel safe taking my children inside (thank god for sanitizer and alcohol wipes, you’ll need it here). The two women working behind the counter were not only unfriendly, but aggressive. As I waited in line to order with my infant in my arms, a group of young adolescents that were seated behind the order line, said “excuse me ma’am, please be careful because the people working here are very mean and will cuss you out. The food is nasty and the chips are all stale we can’t even bite them”- They were not lying! I continued to wait in line to order despite their advice which I now regret. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and downright cruel these two employees were. The one was throwing items around in the kitchen, clearly she did not want to be there and was letting the entire restaurant know. There was one young man behind the counter who was polite to us but I could tell he was very uncomfortable in this hostile environment. I hope the owner will read this comment and take immediate action, today. If this was my business, I would be truly horrified to see my store in such disarray and to hear the way that PAID employees are treating guests. To make matters worse, about 2 hours after eating at this location today, my daughter is experiencing vomiting & stomach cramps, no doubt associated with the poor health conditions of this establishment. I will be placing a call & email to the health department today to please insist that someone comes to inspect this location as they are clearly in visible violation of many sanitation measures.
