We visit this location around 7pm and are continually disappointed. The coffee is always cold so we need to ask for hot coffee which takes time. The place is dirty. There are only a few pastries left that are old and stale that should be thrown out. Instead they sell this garbage to us. We had had it with Panera which has been on a decline going downhill...

Fredrick is a great general manager of the Panera Bread at UTC, Sarasota FL. Extremely helpful when the kiosk was down; pulled me over to cash register took my order with efficiency and respect. I noticed while eating he was constantly walking around the dining room and asking customers everything was. Very impressive.

Their ice maker in their soda fountain is extremely dirty and a health hazard! Check out the graphic photos it’s disappointing that the ice maker is neglected and management needs to take care of their equipment to protect peoples health.

Very rich and well attended. The dishes are rather fast food with excellent pizzas and seafood prepared with various sauces and truly innovative flavors. The place is pleasant to go with the family and is also prepared to go with children. The attention is very fast and efficient. In general, there is no waiting but it tends to be very crowded, especially during the closing hours of the shopping center.
