Very rude. There is construction going on but they are still open. We waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes when we got up to the window the asked if we had ordered on line. We said no. The lady then proceeded to tell us we can only order on the app. Which of course we couldn't pull up.

Popeyes is known for its chicken…not this one. The chicken breast was the only thing that was ok, everything else was dry. The only think good was the biscuits and the Cajun fries.

Have a problem with my speech and hearing loose. Dive thru lady was rude saying I had attitude when I was unable to understand and speak to her. People like that who judge and not understand should not be allowed to do other than wash dishes. Had to leave before was even able to get my meal for me and my child. Id rate lower if allowed.

If I can give it a zero star I would. We were there yesterday 3/13/22 around 1400. The lady that took our order was rude and was not getting our order right! When we got to the window to pay and pick up our food, the other lady was rude af! Kept shutting the Window at us while were talking or asking for ketchup! Literally threw the food at us!!! Very unprofessional!!! If I was just feeding myself I would have left the food and gone, but we had 3 teenagers that had to be fed. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! They need to re-train or hire better workers.
