Italian restaurant and dont know how to cook genuine Carbonara... Menu says carbonara made out of egg yolk, asked the waitress if it's really made of egg yolk she said of course we only use original ingredients... Obviously it was some cheap Alfredo sauce... most of my friends are from Italy, like actually Italians as me and me wife are Europeans, we used to do cookouts all the time so I know how to make Carbonara. Egg yolk, pancetta, and tons of black pepper. ... it's just embarrassing... a disgrace to the people of Italy... and the pasta was old and dry had to send the whole thing back but came back just as bad ... it's ok my dog eat it...

We recently found Basil's and have had several meals, wraps, chicken and ribs and all have been excellent.
