Just waited over 2 hours expecting an order to be delivered. The driver never called, store manager never reached out I called after 2 hours to cancel the order after watching the driver go back to the store on the tracker app. When the manager gets on the phone i hear them ask the driver if he just brought someone's food back then they ask me "what's the problem". I know I shouldn't expect 5 star service but this was a little much.

Ordered EXTRA Cheese pizza PLUS Provolone Cheese. I get home and EVERY SLICE has a spot or more that’s missing cheeses. I call and ask if they can remake it, I’m Greeted by the person who made it who “claimed” to be the General Manager.. She gets offended saying she made the pizza right and that if I wanted more cheese I should have paid for it… again I ordered EXTRA CHEESE.. Literally had to drive back, show her the pizza just to get it remade. Customer Service is no longer a thing… How the workers getting mad while I’m remaining calm and respectful is crazy to me.

If you want hot, quality pizza, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! It seems every time I do, Hannah is working, and it takes FOREVER to get my order, which gets here cold...which tells me it sits a long time before getting here. Right now, my order has been prepping for an hour and 4 minutes. I called before, and no one answered for more than 10 minutes. He, as always, said there were only 2 people working. I heard more than that talking loudly in the background. This store is known as the worst Domino's in our county! There are NO professionals at this store, and no one cares

I'm waiting in the parking lot, jamming out to some 90s hip-hop with my brother and Kelly. In a huge Uhaul by the way. The staff seems cool with it all. We ordered a bunch of pizzas and what not. The place looks pretty nice. We all hard our masks on bc it's still required where we live. The lobby was still closed for the protection of the employees and the public. Over all an easy order. The cashier did her job well, no complaints there.
