Nice people on phone but this store does not deliver on its promises. Told the pizza would arrive in 30-45 minutes. It’s now 90 minutes and the store manager will not speak truth Buy here and watch the money disappear and you will still be hungry.

WORST experience ordering pizza since 1982. Terrible customer service, estimated 80-90 minutes for the pizzas (no problem!) at 2 hour mark call restaurant - wondering where is pizza especially given the text 20 minute prior stating, "Dylan has entered your neighborhood". Maybe our neighborhood is Sarasota? or the state of Florida? Am told 25-30 more minutes for the delivery. Let employee know that we can't wait that long - have to go to sleep, we will cancel. Snarky, "oh, you want to cancel the order for the pizza you already paid for?". We ordered that pizza TWO hours ago and no pizza for 30 more minutes! No apology - rude. I get they are busy but if they can't accept the order then DON'T. We could have picked it up, no problem but being led along with texts about pizza being prepared right away and driver arriving soon isn't cool.

Prompt, professional, friendly, experienced...just a few good words to describe this store. We've been ordering from them for more than a decade. On the RARE occasion that there was a problem, they always went out of the way to make it right. On the whole, They're a wonderful store.

This is probably the worst experience I’ve had with dominos. We ordered extra everything; toppings, sauces and cheeses. We got none of it even though we paid for it. The pizzas were barley even cooked we literally had to put them in the oven to finish them off when we got home. We usually go to the branch on Holmes beach which is spot on every time. It’s sad to say but this place really dropped the ball for us and the dominos name.
