I bought a pair of tires out of state and got them at Cost, approximately a month later after I got back in town I went to this Firestone to see if they would match the price.they wouldn't match the price because they wouldn't make any money on the tires other than mounting and balancing.the manager at this store would only give me 10% off the price of tires even tho I had a receipt for what I paid for the tires from a Firestone store.fireatone say's they will match price's but this store wouldn't even match the price of another Firestone store.

My alternator went out on my vehicle and was brought here to be serviced. Should've been a standard replacement. How they managed to mess up my hose lines for the coolant is beyond me. But my car lost AC and started over heating on the drive back to Jacksonville the very next day. Nothing to be done but point out the obvious that is was negligence, sense I dont expect any form of refund. They did apologize when I called, it was appreciated, but dosnt fix my car.

Most thorough auto inspection I've had with this Car. Located my problem, fixed it. All for under $15.00 . I will use them next month for maintenance upgrades!
