i recently made an appointment online for mammogram. it was for a diagnostic mammogram. when i went there , after waiting for half an hour, the tech person comes and tells me they don't do diagnostic mammograms on a friday. didn't they know it when they gave me the appointment. At least if the front desk told me when i came in i would have saved half an hour, if not the time i took to come there. very disappointing.
