My son and his 2 children and I had dinner there and it was a great experience! Service was top notch our waitress was Allison she was right on tkp of everything! They were busy but we never sat with empty drinks or needing anything she was great!

We stopped in for dinner at the Zephyrhills Ruby Tuesday.1st off are server Bethany Was outstanding. She was very polite very courteous and very patient with us As we were asking questions About the food menu. The food was great. We had the coconut shrimp we had the nachos and I ordered a steak With mashed potatoes. Compliments also to the chef For a well prepared meal for us.

Good food, friendly staff. Just 1 occurrence. My friend's hamburger was well done not medium. My meal was perfect. HOWEVER, the great staff quickly resolved the situation. Take a moment of your time and enjoy a hamburger, no bun & lettuce & tomato on the side. Again, thanks Ruby Tuesday for a great meal.

The service was very good although we did not enjoy the meal. Their prices have increased and quality has decreased. 8 00 for two iced teas. 43.00 for the total. I got salad bar and a baked potato. I had to remove 8 plates to find a clean one and the veggies were less than fresh. Their croutons were not even right and they are my favorite part of the salad bar. My husband got the fish and chips which he described as gelatinous. His tater tots were hard and very over cooked fish was pale with no color. We were reminded why we stopped going.

And they gave me an honest answer they have a salad bar and the rules around the salad bar is to wear a mask and put on protective gloves while at the salad bar and I think that's a great way to have that part of the safety factor in place at Ruby Tuesday
If you have a big crowd outd people you can call ahead and let them know so they can get one ready for you. But just for couples I don't really know. We do birthdays a lot there and call to let them know how many. They've always been great to fix a table for our groups. Hope this helped.
