I made an appointment for 2:30. I was on time however I was informed that the stylist was still “finishing up” a haircut on another customer. I was asked to take a seat and wait as it wouldn’t be long. After 30 minutes of sitting and waiting I was told it would be about another 10 minutes or they could possibly switch me to another stylist. I said I would wait. By the time 3:30 came, another client walked in and claimed to have an appointment with the stylist I was still waiting for. I finally gave up and walked out. Clearly scheduling appointments and accepting walk in clients isn’t working at this salon. Or the stylist I was booked with was exceedingly bad at time management. Either way it isn’t an experience that I wish to have again so I won’t be returning.

This place steals money from it's employees. They'll pay employees whichever is lower pay if they are on commission. They treat their employees poorly and never give them any appreciation, if so it's a piece of paper saying "we appreciate you" while managers are always on vacation having the time of their lives. Ask any employee there and ask them the last time they had a vacation or time off, it'll only be the managers that have got to have vacation time. When you work there for two years and start realizing they are stealing money from your paychecks they'll fire you and fight for you to not get unemployment. Terrible business practice, I'll keep far away from this place you call a business and take my business else where. This place deserves to not be in business and to compensate for all loss wages to all employees you stole from.

I’ve been going to this oasis and the one in the valley for years and never had a problem. I’m really not picky about my hair and I’m usually pretty easy going. I went in today and asked for a trim and some layers. First when she was combing my hair she ripped out my cartilage piercing which I wasn’t even upset about cause accidents happen, but I got no apology. Kayli was not very personable which made it kind of an uncomfortable appointment. But I get that, not everyone is and that’s okay. The trim was good. Then I asked her to add some face framing layers which Ive really been wanting. They seemed fine so I left. And of course I tipped because that’s what you do… I left with my hair sopping wet. Only to notice, hours later, that the layers on the left side look like a shelf. Safe to say that this is my last time going to this location and I will no longer be encouraging anyone else to go there. I’m honestly just disappointed in that experience.

I have used Oasis’s services for my haircut about 5 times and have used their online appointment service 3 times. The first time with the online service, they were about 10 mins. The second time they were late about 30 minutes. The last and final time they skipped me over completely, going on to the next customer. Three different hair dressers. I’ve had it with them. Don’t go there if you have a schedule !!
