The lady cutting my hair was very careful and meticulous, doing a pretty good job! But even better than the haircut, what gave me the best experience, was that she made NO small talk or conversation! My introverted self loathes salon small talk with strangers I'll never see again, so being able to get a haircut without any social pressure after a long day at work was heavenly. Couldn't be better! Thank you!

Poor customer service. spoke with Kimber over the phone. She advised me she was the only one that could provide the service. I told her I was at work and would come after work. Checked in online and drove 5 miles to her. Once I got there she told me she was leaving after her client as her shift was ending. You would think that she would have told me she was leaving ahead of closing over the phone. Leaves me to believe that once she seen my dark skin she no longer wanted to work on my hair. No apologies were offered. I told her I was leaving a google review and she said “you go right ahead and do that”. This was definitely not a good first impression. It actually made me have a really bad anxiety attack where i had to sit in my car and cry for about 20 mins from humiliation. I suffer from really bad anxiety that keeps me from going into public which is the reason I call places before I drive to them which is how I spoke with her earlier in the day. Only to be left crying in my car with my hair the same way I came. I definitely would like to have a member of corporate contact me

It's terribly uneven. I asked her to cut off 1 inch, she cut it to 1 inch long everywhere but the top which is where I wanted it shorter, it's two inches longer on one side of the top than the other, I want to cry. Hairdresser was very sweet.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.

Mens, womens, kids and senior haircuts as well as bang, neck and beard trims. Other haircare services include shampoo, blow dry, or hair styling such as an updo. Select salons offer perm services.
You have to download the great clips app, Judy. From there you create an account and check in when you are ready to arrive. If you want to schedule an appointment I'd suggest calling ahead.
A bang trim is $12, regular haircuts are in the $16 range. I hope it would fall at the lower end
I don't what these people are paid, but if they are careful, friendly I do tip. As a senior with little to cut I usually tip 2 bucks
