Been a customer for many years, the units are clean and secure, and the rates are very reasonable. Whenever I have questions or need to make a payment my messages are always responded to in a timely manner.

Dont return phone calls, impossible to get straight answers, they have now taken money out of my account twice without permission, First: an extra $65(unit costs $45) thou I had already paid a couple days before & now they just took out $133???!!! (Someone please tell me where this amount came from bc I’m not getting answers) I want my belongings out of there but of course no one will return a call or text to take off their lock which shouldn’t even be there in the first place 😡😡 Worst place ever! And I want my things and money back!!!! Save your time & money...don’t bother
