Holiday Inn Express & Suites the Villages, an IHG Hotel

Pleasantly surprised. I’ve always thought of a Holiday Inn as a place my parents would stay. This hotel is phenomenal! They have missed no details. Clean as a whistle, even a giant make up mirror. Breakfast was amazing and very tasty! I will be back! Wow!!

We were extremely disappointed in the property. The lobby wasn't clean nor inviting. The rooms were dirty with mold growing visibly in multiple areas of the shower and sink. The staff didn't seem to care and took no action in addressing our concerns.

Positive: Bathtub needed new caulking but everything else was clean and up to date. Overall it was a great room and great location for us to be near our family who lives in The Villages.

We stayed in The Villages in January 2022. This property is under some intense renovations. The lobby entrance was rerouted and the parking lot was condensed as well. The staff was very kind and courteous! The rooms themselves were a bit dated - hence the renovations - but they were clean and really spacious! The halls and elevators were also very clean and the room was comfortable and quiet. The location was really good as well.! Breakfast is what you would expect but very hot and fresh and high quality. The dining area was neat, clean, and very spacious. It was a perfect getaway for what we were looking for and I recommend this location.
