It is Memorial Day 2022. I come up to pay my respects to my parents. They have mowed. I'll give them that. You can barely see the headstones. The grass is all grown over them. Al lot of these people have served our country. I have to go home and get a weed eater to just see my parents names.

I love this place. My dad is buried here, my son and I go talk about his grandad, my dad and play sports. People are always walking their dogs and very friendly. Even if you are crying. Gone never forgotten.

I have my brother-in-law there, my mother there and my father there. My older sister will join her husband one day and since I'm single, I've made my homestead right near mom and dad. It's such a beautiful site up there and so well taken care of. Our family is truly blessed to be so close together. And the staff has been more than wonderful in handling all our needs and questions. I highly recommend Rest Haven!
