This place is inexpensive. It has minimal amenities. It is clean and the people, mostly long term renters, are very friendly and helpful as are the staff. The slips are compact but we were able to park our 24 ft camper pulled by our pickup with no problem.

Called today and was told there was a spot for my 41 ft 5th wheel. Once I arrived, I was asked about pets . I explained I had a lab and a German shepherd. The gentleman quickly stated no for my GSD. I said she has service dog papers and he still said no. After that he said there was no lots available. Smh, Disabled Army Veteran with a 5 year old GSD that has tons of paperwork.

This is a small country location very close to boat rentals, quaint resterants, shopping and fishing. I see deer, turkeys and other wildlife at least every other day. We love it here. The only missing wish list item is laundry facilities but 1.7 Miles down the road solves that concern.
