We stayed the week of New Years Eve. From the second we arrived all the staff members were very helpful to make sure we had everything we needed, were settled in and was aware of the amenities the park had to offer. The full timers were so friendly every time we walked around the park and invited us to their bingo nights and new years eve party. You can tell everyone takes great pride in their community and are welcoming whether you are staying one night or one year! The laundry room was clean and updated. The pool had just reopened and was a great way to spend an afternoon! Thanks to everyone for a great stay!

Awesome place. Fantastic staff. Special thanks to Bruce and Tim...my neighbors across the street. We had a great stay and some quality time with friends. When they say you come as guests and leave as family, they aren't kidding! That's how we felt. If we are back in the area, we'll be sure to look you up and stay with you again.

This is an oasis with the most friendly owner and staff. The park is not very large but it is well designed and they had pull Throughs available for my 60 foot rig. They are dog friendly and the people I've met while walking our dogs there are the most welcoming folks and just good people. We were looking for a place to stop off for two days but have decided to stay awhile. I am headed to the pool for a relaxing swim so I will end this post with some advise for the weary traveler. If you are looking to get off the beaten path and relax under the most gorgeous oaks than I highly recommend this park.

Great people both guests and staff, nice pool. A little lite on showers, but most of the RVs have our own. I love this place.

As far as I know they do. There was a big old cat that I saw meandering around. When I was leaving, I was also told by Bruce that the park had been sold to a new owner and that they were expecting some great improvements.
I have only used this place to dump my tanks but rates change all the time. Best thing to do is call the office and ask.
No Wi-Fi And yes you can bring your own RV you would have to get cable and internet connection
They do have rentals, call park manager for availability
Lots of condemded properties available, good price, but be prepared for cleanup costs. Best advice-get ahold of Pasco County condemnation dept. Be prepared for leans.lots of campers(old).
Yes we are a dog friendly park. Non violent breeds and all dogs must be on a leash. We do have a small dog park.
