My Marine husband loves the Marnie key I ordered for him! He was so happy with it, & it works great!

They could not replace the lock on a door, had a technician at my house for 3 hours, he even called 2 more guys. They charged me for the service even though they couldn't change the lock and said the lock was "custom" and I would have to call the person who installed the door (I did not have this info). Their customer service has refused to refund me and wants to charge me to have another locksmith come out to complete to change the lock. Don't waste your time and money here!

This place is horrible. I would never go to them again for anything. Rude, disrespectful, and dishonest which is only a few of their issues. . Do not waste your time!!!!
