Customer service is NOT in their vocabulary. Go across the street. Better prices and real customer service. Like replacing the paint when the helpful Ace person didn't put the lid on tight. Ace will sell you more paint. Albeni Falls Building Supply will accept they messed up and make you another. Thinks like that.

I was SO impressed. I was just waiting for my SIL to pick out what he needed so great opportunity to people watch. Staff was smiling, accommodating everyone whether they asked or not. I'm from a small town . Never seen anything Ike it, especially in the last 20+ years. Cudos to Selkirk Ace hardware!
