I have lived here for two years and plan on staying. It's a beautiful property surrounded by trees. We're a couple of minutes from the 205, yet far enough away that it's very quiet. The staff is wonderful. Nelson, the property manager, is very helpful and kind whether you're paying your rent or addressing an issue. The property is well maintained by the grounds staff so you always come home to a beautiful place. Like most places in the Portland area, guest parking is sometimes a challenge mainly because it's such a good property the apartments stay occupied. TL/DR: Beautiful, Convenient, Great Staff. You'll love it here!

This place has horrible communication. Nelson the property manager is just as bad. I never moved in here but was intending to but had a family emergency and ended up not going here. They took my security deposit and they will not give it back to me when the front office told me I can have it back. Nelson said “I must talk to the office so we can avoid these situations.” Clearly don’t value the people and only money. $1600 down the drain. If you want to throw away money, this is the place to do that. These people do not care about you and only about money. Will never recommend staying here unless you like throwing money away.

Lived here for about 3 years, apartments were nice. No smoking on property, a bit of a walk for a quick smoke break but nothing crazy. Highlight was definitely the property Manager. During all the struggles of 2020 and 2021 Nelson was extremely helpful, always available, and thorough in his assistance. If you're thinking of moving in or already a resident: remember that communication is key. Maintain open, honest dialogue of any needs or trials and Nelson will do everything in his power to assist you. Thank you again for all the help you provided, Nelson. Happy Holidays.
