I had to replace the water meter. Mike and and his apprentice Atreyu were wonderful and on time. Mike is a professional who takes the time to explain every detail about the job and give you options. Well it all started when i went into my storage room to get my rake, i opened the door and the room was full of steam, and hot water was spraying out of the top of the water heater. i first called the people that did the original install and was told they don't work on weekends.... i called a few other places and was finally referred to Mr Rooter. Mike showed up about 40 minutes later. he was able to get it taken care of quickly, but damage had been done. i was referred to 1800dryout, they are great also. a few days later i had a leaky sink issue at a rental house so i didn't hesitate to call Mr Rooter... another Mike showed up and took care of things effortlessly. Thankyou !!

Mr Rooter was timely, friendly, and did good work. My only complaint is that even though this wasn’t an emergency visit It cost me over $300 to have a plugged sink drain cleared. I understand that this is the industry standard these days so I won’t be using any of these services again if I can help it. I have found a great handywoman that would have charged half as much.
