I would give 10 stars. And day. These folks rock. The $ is comporable to Oregon centers, but I want to tell folks about the people that work there. I was 2 hours late, and got lost, eventually. When I finally found it, I was a mess from the search......a bad day so far. But 10 minutes after I got there (it was my FIRST donotion) I felt like part of team. A part of something....really cool I can't wait to return

As other posters have stated they make it almost impossible to claim the first time donor bonus in total. When I tried to contact them in person about it as it was their fault I couldn't complete the coupon in time they again tried to make it exceedingly difficult and recommended I contact them online. I contacted them via their webpage and it's been 2 weeks now with no response. Just fair warning

This place was such a bizarre experience. I came today for my first appointment and was greeted by someone who asked me a few questions, including what I had to eat prior to my appointment. I let her know I had chicken breast, half an avocado, a banana and grapes. She then informed that I had not eaten enough and was not hydrated enough (she never asked about my fluid intake) and would need to drink a protein shake (an Ensure). I told her I had eaten in the last hour, had plenty to eat and was full - she still insisted I needed to drink this Ensure because I was going to be waiting at least 2.5 hours just to be seen. I asked if waiting 2.5 hours just to be seen was normal as this had not been disclosed when I signed up and booked my appointment. She said it was not normal and but I was so frustrated that I left. I'm not okay with being force fed or waiting 2.5 hours just to be seen. What a disorganized, unprofessional mess!

1st time today, and so impressed. The whole staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. My intake nurse Ashley was the best, and my plasma tech Mari was exceptional. Both were so pleasant and made my 1st time experience anxious free. I felt in good hands throughout, and have already scheduled my next donation.
