I would give them a ZERO if I could. Yesterday I saw a couch and decided to order it. It was delivered today. Much to my surprise it came in boxes unbuilt. Nobody told me I needed to build my own couches. MIND YOU I AM A DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN ON OXYGEN TANKS IN A SCOOTER. Shame on you Big Lots.

Not only was I pleased to get my items with the 25% off Memorial Day sale, but also with our military discount.
