When Brooklyn works its always a pleasant experience. This location has definitely better customer service by far compared to the other 2 taco bells in the area. Great job yall

This store used to be amazing. The new management or whoever is running this place now is garbage. In 2019, I used to come through the drive thru on my E-bike. In 2021 and 2022, they've given me trouble for coming through on a bicycle because of 'safety concerns.' Mind you, bicycles are defined as vehicles in the law! The manager called me regarding a complaint I submitted online and when I said I didn't want to speak with the store, I wanted corporate, he threatened to hang up on me. So I hung up on him. I think I'm done coming back here. It's right by my home too, and now I'll have to go to a location 4 miles away! Nearly 4 years of my patronage is now lost.

I had spent almost $20 on my friend and I to eat. I specifically asked for NO lettuce or tomatoes on both of my burritos. 20 minutes later after getting home to eat I open up my burritos to put mild sauce on them and they had no lettuce on them but they did have tomatoes and I'm allergic to tomatoes. So now I have to drive back over there to get it remade and waste more gas, time, and money because they don't know how to listen. Also every time I come here I always ask for lots of mild sauce because I use 2 packets per taco/burrito and every time I always have to ask for more before leaving because they NEVER put enough in the bag. This is honestly the first time I have ever had a problem with this taco bell.

Ordered a tasty steak breakfast burrito 2/27/2022 yesterday. After eating about 3 hours later i had gotten the chills and fever and throwing up left and right. Now not to mention I am Type 1 diabetic and thus has been a nightmare ever since eating this place as my heart rate has been raised my blood sugar is over 450 this Taco Bell has sent me almost into a DKA. This will not be the last time this place hears from me as this place has almost cost me my life for some 50. cent burrito. News will be hearing about this place as well hopefully shutting this place down.
