I had Safelite scheduled to come out and replace a windshield on my work car this morning at my house. They communicated timing, arrived early (which he called and made sure that was OK) - and had the windshield replaced in about an hour. The tech, Nathan, was not only courteous, but very professional - you could tell he takes pride in his workmanship. The service was excellent, the price was fair, and I would highly recommend them (in fact, I intend to finally getting around to replacing the windshields in 3 of my other vehicles and having Safelite do the work). My only complaint is that he was unwilling to take the stray cat with him that I tried to sneak in his van when he wasn't looking (not a deal breaker though!).

This was a great experience! It took under an hour for them to replace my windshield. Our technician, Wayne, was fantastic. He cleaned all my windows, vacuumed my car, and fixed my underbody cover plate that had been dragging for weeks. I definitely recommend!!

Never having had to replace a windshield before, they definitely set the standard. Very friendly, as if they actually enjoyed what they do! That right there always gives me confidence that my service is going to go well. Not only did they replace the windshield for me within the set timeframe they gave me, they even vacuumed and washed all my windows which was a nice little surprise. I will go back in a heartbeat. The definition of easy and efficient. I was taken in same day. The windshield was replaced and calibrated. Work was completed earlier than quoted. It was so fast and so easy. The gentleman that did the work was a real professional and a pleasure to work with.
