We had an excellent experience working with DryPro to clean up and waterproof our crawl space. We purchased an older home and realized during some bouts of summer rain that we had significant issues with water under our house, which was resulting in high humidity and wet insulation. Our vapor barrier was also old and damaged, our crawl space door was rotten and crooked and we needed a new structural pier because one of our was damaged by a previous owner as part of some plumbing work. Dry Pro provided a one-stop solution for all of our issues and we had a great experience with everyone we worked with. We first worked closely with Rich Pace to determine the right solutions for our home and make sure we understood all of the details, and then had a great experience with Michael S. who led our team of installers, Skylar and Blake. We also worked with Patrick who built us a new fully sealed crawl space door. Michael S., Skylar and Blake spent a week at our house removing our old barrier, installing drainage and successfully waterproofing and then sealing our crawl space. The team was courteous, communicative - answering all of our questions - timely and thorough. They also cleaned up all of the old materials and debris each day so that their work was not invasive to us. All in all - Dry Pro was great to work with and our humidity is now within a normal range and the crawl space is no longer dirty and soaking wet but clean and dry, so we are much happier home owners. I recently bought a 110 year old historic home. The floors were tending to sag in some areas. Drypro did a very thorough assessment of the causes. They then sent a crew out a few months later who worked to both stabilize and reinforce the affected areas. They worked with it until I was satisfied with the results. A year later I noticed one of the supports they installed was slightly tilted and though I wasn't sure this would be a problem, they sent workmen out to correct this. They then communicated with the city engineering department so they could come verify the work. Their staff are very profession from answering the phone to calling when workman are coming out, sending follow-up emails and responding promptly to any concerns. This outfit has their act together. It's good to have someone to rely on when you have major home repairs to deal with.
