Katrina was 100% helpful during our 2 visits to the store. She was super knowledgeable about everything we asked about and had a solution to every problem. My husband decided the bikes were so great that he needed one too! We plan to go back next year so I can get one as well!

Everyone in the store is very friendly and personable. They have all offered sound advice to my various bike-related questions and perform all work quickly and at a high standard of quality. My experiences in this shop have always been positive, and I would highly recommend them!

Excellent Service. Super fair pricing. Our tandem shifters were failing while on vacation in CDA. The service team squeezed us in same day and discounted the one repair they didn't consider "perfect". Bike shifts great again! Thanks to Cailen and the Trek CDA service team. You're the best!

They do have some really nice commuter bikes that are wired for electric and generator for lights, ride computer, etc. I don't know if those are electric drive or not. My guess is the pedaling probably powers the batteries allowing the electric components to work.
No. Only electric assist and only specific brands installed on the Trek brand bicycles.
No they don't, but if you were to go over to the church on 5th and Wallace. Go behind and there is shop in the basement 12=6 they are open.talk with Tom he is the owner of lake city bicycle collective. Tell him Jeff Wallace gave you the information, he's a real nice guy
Hi Chenoa. We will pump your tires for free and check and see if your tube has a puncture or tear all for free. But if the tube has to be replaced then there will be a charge. What type of bike do you have and do you know your tire size?
Our employees are required to have a mask on when greeting customers. They will encourage the visiting customer to wear one too. This practice has helped our business and our employees stay open and working. We hope our customers would understand this precaution. Thank you
I don't think they do.
Henry, if you do not mind waiting a month the Spokane Bike Swap takes in bikes to be sold. Check it out.
are you open Labor day and do you have bikes for rental ?
We work on all brands of bicycles. Bring your bikes in between 10 and 6 weekdays and our service crew can look and give you an estimate. You can talk with the technician and decide what you want done. Thank you for the inquiry. Trek Bicycle Coeur d'alene Staff.
If we can see your bike we can see what adjustable forks are available that will fit your bike. We are open 10 to 6 Mon thru Fri and 10-5 on Saturday.
If your fork has a mount for a disc caliper, then yes. Most forks with rim brakes don't include a mount, though.
