I have tried going through the drive-thru twice, both time I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. They would take 1 order and complete that order and the car would leave before they would take the next order. This used to be a great location, not sure if owner or management changed but they need to do something to speed-up drive-thru.

Tried their hot honey chicken sandwich, number 12 on the menu. The food was fresh and hot, service was fast and courteous. The sandwich was not the best but at no fault to the employees. Should have gone with the burger, always great!

Ordered a jr. Cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup, extra mayo ONLY. A chili with grated cheese ON THE SIDE, and sour cream, a couple of drinks and a chocolate frosty Jr. Cheeseburger had bacon, lettuce , tomato, I don't think it had any mustard, ketchup, a smear of mayo. The patty was hard around the edges and lost on the tiny bun. My chili came with the cheese in it. Definitely got our order messed up. I gave my burger to my husband. Disappointing and can't stand wasting money or food, especially in today's economy.

Their lobby has been closed at odd hours the other day it wasn't even past dinner time. Tonight my disabled bf was told to go ahead and take his bike thru the drive-thru to spend his gift card and when it came time to order the manager apparently said nvm and wouldn't let the employee give her name so we could inquire if the cold /anonymous dismissal was so necessary or if there was perhaps a more mutually beneficial outcome. The manager said she would be right out and never came. An awesome customer actually helped us by ordering for us and and awesome/helpful employee named Diego showed concern and had to physically make sure the mistakes made with the order were taken care of . So while I started the visit I would've put one star but I will give it more due to the employee, Diego and the helpful customer's kindness. The Jane Doe manager can keep her identity to herself at this point she has become irrelevant to our visit.
