Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienists to Dr. Chen were phenomenal. I somehow lucked into a cleaning appointment same day and plan to return a few times a year. Nice find.

They stayed open late for me on a Saturday to fix my broken crown. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Thank you, thank you!

I went in today - after 8 years of avoiding the inevitable. I dearly paid for my procrastination - I thought all my teeth would have to be pulled out! The dental assistant was so encouraging and sweet and gentle. The dentist had sincere small talk with me, and asked about my mother who had just passed. As he looked through my mouth, and the assistant took notes, there was no judgment of my condition. Again, I just experienced encouragement and hope that I would soon smile again. I would refer them.

Absolutely love Dr. Chen and his staff! My kids love going there which number one says it all! We all have extremely sensitive teeth and they are all so gentle! They are always going the extra mile for us and making us look our best! Thank you Dr. Chen and Staff for always making our experience a good one when going to the dentist!!

Exposed or weakened areas of the teeth can cause sensitivity when exposed to hot and cold temperatures and touch. It is important to let your dentist know about these sensitivities so we can help you with in-office treatments or provide product suggestions for home use. Avoid excessive consumption of acidic foods and beverages, harsh brushing, and abrasive toothpaste when experiencing hypersensitivity.
We would suggest the following.... Rinse your mouth with warm salt water. Gently brush and floss the irritated area to remove any trapped debris Take Ibuprofen and Orajel if no contraindication to soothe the pain. Quickly call 509-886-0500 to make an appointment. Even if the pain lessens or goes away it is important to still get the area checked out. Without professional care, your condition could return or even worsen.
