update.... outside of the incident from below the food has been decent. Except about 4 days ago it was extremely salty. I thought it was my taste buds my friend said the same. Then yesterday I ordered 2 can dine and I must have been given a baby chicken. The legs and thighs were so small. My 5 year old ate 2 legs and thigh. They gave extra piece of chicken probably to compensate for the size but it was 4 baby pieces and 2 normal sizes wasn't acceptable. Also I think the Cole slaw was old. It had a weird after taste and the color was slightly off. Pics of the baby chicken leg. I also had the chicken sandwich which was really good but smaller than the bun.... ........I ordered the special where you get 10 pieces to large sides and five biscuits for $20. I did it online and when I got there I have to wait 10 minutes for them to cook the chicken which was no problem. But when I got my food and went home and open the box I realize they gave me nine wings and one leg. That was not acceptable. I don't even like the wings like that my favorite part is the breast. I tried to call the store but there phone number wasn't working...

How is this business still operating? 50 minute wait times, cold food, wrong order and slow employees. Where is the owner of this establishment addressing these issues? In the 50 minutes different parts of our order came out so half of our order was cold and not edible. Do not eat here.

This store is a disaster and probably should just close. I placed a mobile order using the app and then went to pick it up. They are short-staffed so the dining room is closed (like everywhere, not a problem, I get it). So I get into the drive-thru line that is quite literally wrapped around the building. After 30 minutes I finally get to the speaker and tell them I have a mobile order and provide my name. "Okay cool I see your order here, pull around." Another 20 minutes later I reach the window. "It's going to be 20 minutes for chicken, and we're out of chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders and fish." Which is everything I ordered. So I ask 1) why I wasn't told that at the speaker 20 minutes ago and 2) how do I cancel then for a refund. No answer to #1. #2: "Honestly call your bank and dispute the charge. The app has nothing to do with us." I can understand slow; I can understand short staffed. This was just a whole other level.

Went through the drive thru to wait about 15 min which I understand most places are understaffed but when I repeat the order and also ask at the window if everything in the bag and it’s not that is a problem. I paid $25 and no biscuits one small fries. Was missing food and tried calling and no answer
