I joined the gym in.May 2021. I was approached by one of the Personal Fitness persons an started classes 5/19/21. I signed up for what I was told was 2 months and could stop after that. I became I'll end of June. During that time, I was still paying and was in touch with the trainer. When I asked to stop taking payments as I wasn't able to attend, I hit every brick wall conceivable. I had my account frozen, and in October asked to have my account canceled. I already paid for more than 2 months and wasn't attending. They td me to pay for another month before I cod cancel. I spoke with Mike, the manager. He said he would have it canceled with no further charges especially since I had a lot of unused credit (classes). Well, I got a call from billing for my regular subscription. I requested a one time payment of $50+ that I ended up being refunded. The personal training dept went ahead and charged me $180. Mike gave me the runaround and the club manager said personal training is separate and they cannot do anything about it. The trainer had the nerve to ask if I wanted to donate my classes to a stranger. These are valued $540 and the email foe 'Sebastian' that Mike gave me doesn't work. The phone numbers don't work. I reached out on Facebook messenger and it's now more than 2 months. Crunch Personal Training at Riverview is abominable

BUYER AND CURRENT MEMBERS BEWARE! This company is a scam, and is quite frankly the worst gym experience I’ve ever had. Once, I had my bank stop charges because they actually used SOME ONE ELSES card to pay for MY membership. When I went to inquire about it, the lady at the desk said, “but the card is in your name” so not only did they use some one else’s card, but they put it in my name as well. If you’re late, they become desperate to pay your fee, even if that means using someone else’s card. Additionally (separate incident) , they charged me a late fee, when the gym automatically withdraws funds from my account, so how is it my fault that they didn’t charge me on time? All they care about is making that sale, so please beware of the “happy go lucky” trainers and sales people, they give the illusion that they care, but as soon as they have your business, they couldn’t care less about you. No compassion. No empathy. Not even a wave or smile. This place is overcrowded, I mean, no joke, maximum capacity. I was hesitant on canceling my membership, I kept thinking, no, I want this to work out for my own health, but I just can’t do it anymore. I’m afraid of what they’ll do next with my money, so I’ve stopped them from withdrawing anymore funds AGAIN. I will be canceling this membership soon. And to the person/people having to write back to these complaints, its nothing against you, you’re just doing your job, but, if it were me, I’d get out of this company as soon as possible.

Pretty content so far. Cardio on the second floor, weights on the first. You can check in by scanning on your phone or card. *It's so crowded. We really need another location out here. Too much equipment and not enough space for as many people that come here. Also it's not open 24 hours but packed all day.

At this rate. Never. It was supposed to open over a year ago. They will lie and tell you "ground breaking has happened for the build" or "we'll have news soon." Or my personal favorite, "delays with the land manager." I live down here. Nothing had happened.
