I have been able to pick up package here before it goes out for redelivery. Delivery was attempted at my warehouse (I’m not there) and instead of leaving with a neighbor warehouse it would go back to UPS here. They are nice and friendly people here always helpful never rude or worse. I’ve always had good luck with them and drivers are really cool. I just wish there was a local MEDFORD landline to call and not the worthless 800 numbers

None of the phone numbers work. I got a voicemail saying there was a package for me but they have the incorrect house number. There’s no way to get through to them on the phone. I can’t get through because I don’t have a tracking number because I didn’t know I was getting a package. Terrible customer service, you can’t even speak to a person.

This is the 3rd time that this package has not been delivered. This time my son was sitting beside th door, my wife was 15 feet away and my dog did not alert that someone was at the house. We had a sticker on the door 10 minutes later when my son went to take out the trash. No one knew that the driver had been there. This has been terrible service in every facet.

I have difficult time walking an the ladies there were very friendly an helpful collecting my packages.. kudos to them.. the staff an customer service is so friendly, helpful an patient. I love going there. I don't use any other service or location. Thank you for being the best in Oregon

I just went through this. When contacting customer service choosing the order supply option will connect you to a human to speak to. That human should be able to help you.
Scam. Driver always leaves a note of they can not deliver.

The UPS store on Delta Waters does. Unsure about the Mason Way location.
You have to call the main UPS line. Individual UPS CC locations don't have publicly available phone lines.

As long as you have a return label with a UPS tracking number. Typically starts with a '1Z...'

Yes, the Customer Counter is open on Saturdays from 10am - 1pm. Keep in mind: Outbound packages will not depart from the center on a Saturday unless it is Domestic NDA. Other Services will depart on the next business day (Mon-Fri). Hope this helps, sorry I didn't see your question until today.
Yes. Park on the left side of the building. The customer service door is there.
For that you may want to contact one of the local UPS stores instead. The Customer Center on Mason Way here does not offer packing.
