Great customer service from Mary Jo, whole process went smoothly. My first impression was that it was noticeably cleaner than Extra Space Storage (off Commercial Blvd) and so far, location seems safer.

When I went in to rent a unit, I was greeted by Mary Jo who I thought was the owner of the facility because of her knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm to help me find the best unit for my needs and to become a customer. She certainly didn't treat me or act like someone who hated her job, in fact, just the opposite. Never mind that the facility is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood, the facility is spotless and perfectly run by this lady who again surprised me when she said she's just the manager. I run my own company and know how difficult it is to find good help but Mary Jo is "Fantastic" help! She made all the difference giving me a great deal and great sense of security. Great storage facility and great experience all around, I couldn't be happier.

We were looking for a storage unit and decided on Public Storage. Mary Jo was really great! She was very informative and patient. Extremely knowledgeable. We looked at a couple places and ultimately chose Public Storage because of MaryJo.

My husband and I just left Public Storage and have to say that we are thrilled to have our warehouse bay at this location! Mary Jo is a total rockstar - she hooked us up with the best unit for our needs and made the process not only pain free but a complete joy. She was very kind, courteous and most importantly, efficient. She took care of business in the most pleasant manner and even took the time to ensure that we were able to successfully use the auto open function using the Public Storage app, so our entries would be fast and easy. What a great employee! And as for the space we rented, it is super clean and meticulously maintained. The temperature inside the building is extremely comfortable, the elevators worked great and there were plenty of carts available to help bring things in and out. We have rented here before and it is a smooth operating ship. Highly recommend!
