They came out to my home to install a temporary draining system and hook up hot water for the grooming tub! He was very professional and provided a fantastic service. No leaks! We called them again to have Patrick come out to repair our master bath shower heating element and are awaiting a quote on this job. We only trust Global Plumbing FL and will continue to use them. We signed a contract stating that the work will only take only ten days but it turned into 2 months. It was several days where they never informed us of no work being done . There was some days they would leave one guy at my home just to dig a hole. We had to keep calling the company due to information was not being passed to us. Even after they completed the work there were still issues with our plumbing. The workers left trash and soda bottles in my yard. There are currently bugs coming from the the sinks and tub drains. The contract stated that they'll repair our grass and irrigation. Currently no one has contacted us about that issue. We had to hire another company to complete the grass and irrigation .

I’m not one to write reviews but this certainly warrants one. I had an emergency at my elderly Mother’s condo this past weekend and couldn’t get anyone to even answer my call. It was a mess and Dennis at Global Plumbing came to the rescue. I have never seen such professional work and clean up. This was not an easy job but Dennis took the time to repair the problem and go above and beyond to insure that the issue was resolved perfectly and that my Mother was completely satisfied.
