Hi, Ricardo, we have large menu choices, my favorite varies depend on the day and mood. Some day I like Peking Duck or roasted Duck, sometime I like seafood, such as steamed fish, Dynasty fish, red lantern shrimp, Spicy scallop and shrimp; Volcano beef, orange beef , 3-cup basil chicken is one of my choice as well, these are just a few of them, I love food, vegetables are among my favorites as well, we have vagetarian and vegan options when requested.
