I tried this location because the last location I went to on 163rd st was horrible. This place the employees were definitely more friendlier. Place was clean. The food is just as bad as the other locations. Only good for breakfast. If you don't want breakfast don't go here or any other IHOP for that matter.

The Anointed One

When I first walked in, one waitress didn't want to seat us because she was waiting for a coworker. People started to pile up in the front until someone demanded a manager. The manager came out the back and seated all of us. He also took our orders (at all five tables where he sat everyone). The manager was welcoming and friendly. He made sure the workers served everyone, and he checked on each table to ask, "How was your food? And Do you need anything else?". The food was good. The chicken tenders and broccoli were quite small. The chicken tenders were a bit overcooked. The eggs and bacon were correctly cooked and tasted good. However, the best thing was the Belgian Waffle; it was big and delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my visit.

I love going to IHOP. I mean you know what you expect when you go there, however, this was not a great time. The service was good but the actual building is falling apart. The ceiling was leaking water from multiple spots. Also, there's evidence of mold. The parking sucks at this location too. But everything else internally was good.

Lucy was our server and she was amazing! The place was clean. The food was delicious. We had a large group of kids and she treated them so well, the kids had a blast! We loved our visit and will definitely come back.
