Looks nice. Waaaayyyy too many roaches for an empty apartment though. Bold too. They don't back down. 🤣 The birds own the pool. The trees adjacent to the pool makes the water turn green. Rented an apartment through a through an AIRBNB type place. Paid them twice the amount of rent the renters themselves pay. Found out because I found out how much they pay. I suspect many of the units are empty and are being rented out by people who live elsewhere. This is part of the reason we're having a housing crises. Horrible. To be fair, I only know about the one unit.

I honestly really like living at Bisqueyne Apartaments, as there are problems everywhere but the team that works here do everything to solve these problems. The polite way I'm treated as a resident makes all the difference. I've lived in places like One Fifty One and Northgate Condo and believe me here I feel welcomed and safe. Thank you team Bisqueyne Apartments I am editing my review today May 20, 2022, I continue to give 5 stars to the place but I need to point out some issues. The neighbors do not collaborate with the cleaning, rest of food in the elevators, stairs, garbage everywhere, the maintenance personnel try hard, but it is difficult to fight against a legion of people who do not collaborate, what is making me most upset about the place is the cockroach infestation, the maintenance comes and when you ordered and detected once a week but it seems that the poison used has no effect. I really like the apartment but it's becoming impossible to pay rent for cockroaches to live comfortably.

So, I will be super honest, there are faults about this place, but it isn’t the place itself. The tenants do have issues cleaning up after their dogs and they all have their drama, BUT the place itself is not the problem. The buildings are in good condition for Miami standards, and I see staff cleaning the laundry rooms, floors, and elevators all the time. Maintenance is easy to reach and are so friendly. They’re good at their jobs! The pool is clean and super nice. Jorge is honestly the best. He is super genuine and helpful. I am a high maintenance tenant and he is so helpful and supportive. He is easy to reach and is always doing his best, despite often not having help. While there are things that could be improved, management is on top of everything they have control over. The tenants just need to chill. Overall, this is a huge improvement from past places we’ve lived and I’m glad we live here.

It's a huge lake every time after the rain! It can stays few days, because of the drainage is dirty! It's a lot of roaches here and pest control doesn't help! Security doesn't want to work at all and we don't have a barrier in he front gate. Apartments are ok and very comfortable location, but I'm very disappointed with the problems we do have here☹️

How to pay your rent

Go to their website and pay from there or pay it in front office, usually with a check. You have 5 days to avoid late fees. My knowledge is based on previous management by Watermarke, not everything I said may apply to the Avesta system.

It's like that in Miami, it's not even a big deal and since I got a right spot I haven't seen a flooding as much as I did when I used to look out to the lot easy from B north from A. There's more flooding as well south of A C D, which is tight spot between fence. Really not an issue. Just don't be silly and park your car where it get flooded the most cuz we all know that spot and all of unfortunate cars... When the storm got real bad few times a year I just moved my car to other side of the small lot where it's dry. Typically facing to cement fence.
